Depending on the level of involvement within the community, these programs are always looking for volunteers. With enough volunteers each person only needs to commit to a few hours each month which makes volunteering more enjoyable.
WARNING: The enjoyment experienced when helping the less fortunate can be contagious. Side effects include wanting to work more hours than needed, sharing the excitement with friends and family and occasional tears of joy. |
